By accessing or using SJSSC services, the Client agrees that all consultancy outputs are provided for informational and professional development purposes only. SJSSC operates as an independent sport science consultancy and does not provide medical, physiotherapy, or psychological services. The Client accepts full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and implementation of recommendations. No guarantees of performance, health, or injury-related outcomes are provided. SJSSC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or consequence arising from service use. SJSSC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at its sole discretion.

SJSSC collects and processes personal, performance, and health-related data solely for the purpose of delivering evidence-based consultancy services. This may include biometric, wearable, training, and video analysis data. Processing is conducted under contractual necessity, legitimate interest, and where applicable, explicit consent. Data is securely stored and is never sold or commercially exploited. Limited sharing may occur only with trusted service providers strictly for operational delivery. Clients retain rights to correct, or request deletion of their data, subject to legal and operational constraints. International data processing may occur under appropriate safeguards.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy
All SJSSC services are professional consultancy engagements and are therefore non-refundable once initiated or delivered. Refunds do not apply to completed services, reports, or advisory outputs. Where applicable, cancellations or rescheduling are subject to notice requirements and operational discretion. Package-based services reflect committed consultancy capacity and are not subject to partial refund except at SJSSC’s sole discretion. In exceptional cases where SJSSC is unable to deliver a service, a proportional refund for undelivered components may be issued.
